Dayfresh milk is “homogenized” during processing, meaning that the milk fat globules are physically broken up by specialized equipment into very small particles. This process keeps the fat evenly distributed throughout the milk and prevents it from floating up to the top of the container unlike loose milk when it is boiled.
Loose milk is either delivered at your doorstep or you purchase it from your nearest milk shop. This type of milk is seldom boiled and often consumed in its raw form.
