White Sauce Pasta

Ingredients

Cook pasta according to packaged directions.
Melt Dayfresh butter in a medium saucepan, and add garlic.
Cook for 1 minute over medium heat.
Add flour and cook for an additional minute, stirring constantly.
Add Day fresh UHT Milk and broth, stirring constantly. Cook until sauce boils and thickens.
Add parsley and parmesan cheese.
Add desired salt and pepper.
Continue stirring until cheese has melted.
Add pasta to the saucepan and mix it well.
Cook for a few more minutes over medium heat.
Pour the white sauce on a plate, top with your favorite garnishings, and serve with some crispy garlic bread!
